Schedule a Mediation Zoom

Thank you for selecting Zoom for your mediation requirements. Kindly utilize the calendar form to arrange your Zoom call. Should you require any assistance or guidance on utilizing Zoom, please feel free to expand the section below for helpful tips.

To sign into a Zoom meeting, follow these steps:

1. Receive Meeting Invitation: If you’ve been invited to a Zoom meeting, you’ll typically receive an email invitation containing the meeting link, meeting ID, and password (if required). Click on the meeting link provided in the email.

2. Download Zoom App (if necessary): If you haven’t installed the Zoom application on your device, you may be prompted to download and install it when you click on the meeting link. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the Zoom app. Alternatively, you can join the meeting using your web browser without downloading the app.

3. Join Meeting: Once the Zoom app is installed (or if you’re using the web browser), clicking on the meeting link will automatically launch the Zoom app and take you to the meeting waiting room.

4. Enter Meeting ID and Password (if required): If you’re joining the meeting manually (without clicking on a link), open the Zoom app and click on “Join a Meeting.” Enter the Meeting ID provided in the invitation email, then enter the password (if required).

5. Adjust Audio and Video Settings: Before entering the meeting, you’ll have the option to test your audio and video settings. You can choose to enable or disable your camera and microphone as needed.

6. Join Meeting: Once you’re satisfied with your audio and video settings, click on the “Join” or “Join Meeting” button to enter the meeting.

7. Wait for Host to Admit You: If the meeting is set up to require the host’s approval for entry, you’ll be placed in a waiting room until the host admits you to the meeting. Once admitted, you’ll be able to participate in the meeting with other participants.

8. Participate in the Meeting: Once you’re in the meeting, you can interact with other participants through video, audio, and chat features, as well as share your screen if necessary.
