With 38 years’ experience in civil litigation, Bruce Smith offers full time mediation services and has represented clients in cases involving auto accidents, business torts, breach of contract, commercial disputes, products liability, insurance claims, and deceptive trade practices. Since 1986, Mr. Smith has tried more than 60 cases to verdict.
Bruce graduated from SMU with a business degree in 1983 and received his JD from Baylor Law School in 1986. He returned to his home town of Longview, Texas where he worked for Harbour, Smith, Harris & Merritt for 20 years. In 2006, he partnered with Johnny Ward and worked with Ward, Smith & Hill for the last 18 years.
