Do you offer mediation by Zoom?

Yes. The parties can participate by Zoom. We also offer hybrid mediations where some participants appear in person and others by Zoom.

Do you travel for mediations? Will you mediate in other cities / locations?

Yes. There is an additional travel fee.

Do you offer half day mediations?

Yes. Many mediations are conducted over half days. Ultimately, the parties make the decision on the length of mediation.

Are you available for a conference to discuss a case prior to mediation?

Yes. As a service to the parties, both pre and post mediation conferences are available at no extra charge.
